All supplied goods will be approved by UCL Retail Ltd Quality Control systems and should arrive in perfect condition. Returns should be made within 30 days at the clients cost.

If the goods are found to defective a refund or credit will be given.

If the goods are ordered in error, replacements will be sent at the customers cost of £6.50 P&P.

Disclaimer.

We do not sell coals, pebbles or logs for any individual fires as each company has their own spares usually available. Our coals, pebbles and logs are direct from UK RCF manufactures and often are the exact product that would have been supplied with the fire, however due to the warranty offered by the fire manufactures they will only recommend spares purchased directly from themselves.

The products on offer are not designed to fit specific fires, although they have been found to be suitable for a wide range of gas fires. UCL RETAIL LTD is not responsible for any loss of warranty caused by their use. We take no responsibility for any damage to the fire that may be caused by improper installation of our products.
